Unity Five Cities Announces Merger with Unity San Luis Obispo
Arroyo Grande, CA – January 8, 2026
Unity Five Cities (est. 1999) and Unity San Luis Obispo (est. 1929) are pleased to announce their merger, bringing two dedicated spiritual communities together as one vibrant and united ministry. According to senior minister Reverand Brian Walker, by pooling resources this new organization can offer expanded programs, enriched music, and broader opportunities for personal enrichment and community outreach. Shared leadership and combined financial strength will support long-term sustainability, improved facilities, and enhanced technology—allowing the ministry to better serve current members while welcoming new ones.
Recognizing that the expanded ministry is still evolving, in-person Sunday services will continue to be held each week at 10:00 am PST at The Victorian in Arroyo Grande, California, while also being offered online via Zoom; future plans include classes and other activities in locations around San Luis Obispo county.

The newly named Unity Five Cities and San Luis Obispo is a Full Status Ministry affiliated with Unity Worldwide Ministries.
