Handout for “When the Balance is True,” a Sunday talk by Mark Stanton Welch (October 11, 2026)

Who I Truly Am

Though we are designed as a Whole Being, our awareness along with the Earth Domain rules of engagement have snatched that awareness from our conscious access. Thus, you are a direct element of the Cosmic Source incarnated into this glorious Earth Plane to remember and reawaken and reclaim the Whole Truth of You and put it into conscious action in your moments of living. As an infinite energetic being you are also here by choice to assist in facilitating the collective transformation of humanity in these early Aquarian Age days.

I am a divine spiritual being living in a remarkable human physical body vehicle with complete access to the fluid world of emotion and a magnificent mind that easily makes manifest my every thought and focus. With a host of unseen etheric support as well as a personal Source Connection in the Higher Self. I am pioneering the conscious movement into fourth and fifth dimensional living. Connected with all of life in design and intent I am being redirected towards living fully in the moment to become a willing and full expression of Compassion, Gratitude, and Grace.

I am designed for perfect health, unwavering abundance, with a host of dimensional tools and powers to live in oneness with all of life. I am destined to fully wake up in my own time in accordance with my free will choices to consciously live in my aligned vibration as a unique frequency in a world that is completely of my own design. I am unlimited, unequivocally loved and cherished, filled with incessant wonder and imagination, fully capable of complete self-care and unconditional love through myself cleansing and self-repairing energetic bodies.

THE DOCTRINE OF LIMITATIONS

During the Piscean epoch of 2150+ years there was a masculine driven energy that was controlling, using fear, judgment, criticism, social ostracism, etc, to keep people believing that they were limited beings and, thus, in their place. Most of us have had many incarnations under this influence and, as such, have carried the experiences and beliefs in cells and tissues...incarnating into energy time after time. It was a challenge to see beyond that doctrine until these current times of recalibration and waking up. Our intent is to step out of these beliefs and seed higher frequency life-

affirming beliefs that can result in an expanded life of love and compassion. Doing so is essential to reclaiming who we are by design. That we are of this Earth plane means that we are still influenced by these old beliefs. But clarity becomes a tool that allows us to make discerning decisions about the use of these old beliefs. This is a part of these transitioning times. What follows is a list of some of the widespread beliefs used to restrict our personal power.

We are limited beings.
Men are superior.
Others who have it tell us how to get it.
We need an intermediary to contact Spirit.
We get weaker as we age.
We are prone to disease.
Pills will make everything better.
Feelings are not to be trusted.
The more you have the more desirable you are.

10.Money is power and brings happiness.

11.Humans kill and that is ok if it keeps the peace.

12.Leaders are mostly immune from consequences.

13.Do not trust.

14.Be afraid and protect yourself and your family.

15.God is a big white male who lives in the sky and is vengeful and plays favorites.

16.Religions know the truth so do what they say.

17.Worship heroes and then knock them down.

18.Drugs, except for prescription drugs and bad for you.

19.You will never be good enough.

20.1f you pay enough you can get all the answers.

21 .Lying is necessary, cheating is celebrated.

22.Winning is everything.

23.Abuse is acceptable and often necessary.

24.Women are inferior and deserve less for the same work as a man.

25.Certain body types and looks are best and desirable for now.

On and on...

Leaving the Comfort Zone Statements

O From the Divine Love within my Being, I choose to break the bonds of illusion created on all levels of consciousness that have interfered with my ability to be empowered, and to recognize and accept my Divinity. I acknowledge the power and control that has been placed upon myself, and by myself on others, which has interfered with my ability to balance my masculine and feminine energies in divine order. It is by balancing these energies that I will experience the perfection of Creation. I call forth all laws, judgments, thought forms and conditions placed by myself upon myself, or by myself upon others, that limit my ability to call forth my perfection. I transmute them into unconditional love. And of my own Free-Will Choice I reclaim my empowerment in Divine Perfection. And so it is.

From the Divine Love within my Being, I call forth all power points within my Being to align themselves in Divine perfection. I transmute all disharmonic patterns and energies creating illusions of separation and misalignment into the divine expression of integration and alignment. I accept the resonance of my soul and embrace the magnificence of my Being. I transmute the vibration of unworthiness and self-punishment into the divine expression of Creative Love. I invoke the law of magnetic attraction to bring forth to me my heart's desires in peace, joy, and harmony. And so it is...

Creating the Balance

My Whole Being is akin to the perfect child state that I have experienced many times at the forefront of each incarnation. I have to reawaken and reclaim the sense of wonder and invigorate the imagination. I have to know that nothing that appears is as it seems for there is always a higher interpretation and response. In this frequency state I must be flexible and spontaneous to allow the flow with the ever-oscillating energy fields that I am made of and immersed within. It is essential that I surrender to unequivocal trusting of the Cosmos, my Higher Self, my human self, and my Inner Child Self. In fact, the reunification of these elements frees the original design to reclaim its seat of overseeing my moments from the expanded state.

WHEN THE BALANCE IS TRUE

There has come a day and its been so long I stand right up I am so strong

I Am filled with the Light I Am open wide

Every cell in me is now unified

I raise my hands I lift my eyes

I shout to the world I Am alive
